Set the timer (double the time) and for the next 14 minutes with the same amount of intensity yell, #dance, #sing, etc. all of the reasons why 'this' is temporary, the reasons why you will overcome 'this', identify the many reasons in your life where you are #blessed and there is an #abundance of #love, happiness, joy, fun, #laughter, etc. By putting a time limit on your 'blah' feelings you prevent the lingering of this energy which can quickly transform into 3 days, 1 week and before you know it, it has been one month of feeling melancholy.
